Chapter 217 If You Bully Mommy, I'll Make Sure You Lose Everything

Harry was floored when Alaric called his name. He tried to play dumb with a smile and said, "Dad, what are you

talking about? Are you crazy? I'm Caspian." Alaric just stared at him, as if he could see right through the act.

Harry thought about explaining, but Alaric's glare made him stop.

"So, Caspian spilled the beans?" Harry was fuming. Wasn't Caspian supposed to keep quiet? How could he rat

them out?

"Man, Caspian is so unreliable! | thought | was the blabbermouth, but he talks less, so he should be more

trustworthy. How could he do this?"

Harry was really ticked off, and Caspian didn't even give him a heads-up.

Of course, Harry was cut off from the world and couldn't get Caspian's calls.

"It wasn't Caspian. He never said a word," Alaric clarified.

"So you figured it out?"

Alaric nodded. "Sort of."

"If you guessed it, shouldn't you also question Caspian? You can't play favorites just because he grew up with

you. The DNA test says I'm your son, too." Alaric chuckled, "You're definitely different from Caspian."

"What?" Harry was taken aback, then quickly caught on. "You mean I'm not as responsible as Caspian? You think

you raised him better?" Alaric was at a loss for words.

"If you raised him so well, he wouldn't have run away twice. How can you even say that?"

Alaric was speechless. He could only smile wryly and ask, "Harry, do you always talk back to your mom and Elisa

like this?"

Harry replied, "Elisa's slow, lazy, and greedy and always spends other people's money, but my mom's perfect; |

have no complaints there."

Alaric, initially in a bad mood, couldn't help but smile at Harry's words.

Seeing Alaric smile, Harry continued, "We lied to you about swapping places, and that was wrong. But the fact

that you didn't notice for so long shows you don't really know us.

Caspian and | are totally different, and you didn't even catch on. We should be the ones feeling hurt. We thought

we were unique to you, but you didn't even realize we switched. We're really sad." Alaric was speechless again.

Originally, it was Caspian and Harry who played a trick, but now it seemed like it was their fault.

"Yeah, it was our mistake. I'm sorry."

Alaric's apology caught Harry off guard. He scratched his head and chuckled, "No need to apologize. Let's forget

about it and not bleach other." "Okay," Alaric nodded.

Harry asked, "So, does mom know about this too?"

Alaric said, "No. I've already told Caspian that you two are triplets."

"So, who's older,or Caspian?" Harry asked eagerly, hoping he was the older one.

Alaric smiled. "Caspian is your older brother."

"That's such a bummer. Why do | have to be the younger one?"

"Caspian was born first; nothing we can do about it."

Harry pouted, then quickly asked, "Since we're triplets, why were we separated? Did you not want Mom, me, and

Elisa?"

Alaric shook his head. "Of course not."

"Then why?" Harry's eyes rolled as he muttered, "I heard from Cormac that Caspian was conceived when you

were in a coma, which means the three of us were conceived then. If you didn't know about us, it must've been

that mean grandma who bullied Mom, right?"

Harry's words left Alaric stunned. He didn't expect Harry to figure it all out.

Alaric praised, "Harry, you're so smart."

Harry shot back, "I don't need your praise. So it was the mean grandma who bullied Mom? That's so unfair, Dad.

Mom is the mother of your three kids. You can't let that mean grandma bully her just because she's your mother.

| won't stand for it!" "Don't worry, | won't let anyone bully your mom."

"That's more like it. And lettell you, if you're ever bad to Mom or if you two get divorced, don't think you can

have any of us. I'll make sure you end up with nothing, got it?"

Alaric was both amused and helpless. And, of course, he believed Harry.

Harry and Elisa would definitely follow Galatea. And so would Caspian.

"I got it," Alaric said, then got back to the main point. "I cto pick you up today because | need to ask you a

favor."

Knowing he couldn't fool Harry, Alaric straightforwardly told him about the Nash family situation. Harry was

stunned for a good ten seconds after hearing it.

Harry murmured, "What did you say? Ravenna and Orion passed away?!"

Harry had a limited understanding of death, as he had never encountered it before. The abrupt and lasting

absence of someone close to him was something he struggled to cto terms with. Harry sighed, "How could

they both leave at the stime? Cormac must be devastated."

Alaric nodded. "Yes, that's why | need you to keep pretending to be Caspian to comfort him and keep him

company."

Right now, Harry was the only one who could get close to Cormac; everyone else would be shut out.

"Alright then," Harry agreed; he was also deeply saddened by the news.

At this moment, Cormac was packing his things in his villa. The house had been mortgaged to pay off debts, and

tonight would be his last night there. Although he usually lived there alone, he felt even more empty now.

The emptiness was so overwhelming that it felt devoid of any warmth.

After packing, Cormac sat on the stairs, feeling the cold tiles chill his body.

When he heard a noise at the door, he thought it was the people coming to take the house. He didn't expect the

person who walked in to be Harry.
